Mechanical Feedback Two-Stage Flow Control Servovalve. Torque Motor with two permanent magnets and two identical coils. Hydraulic Amplifier: Rocking motion of armature/flapper throttles flow through one nozzle or the other. Valve Spool position is proportional to input current and stops at a position where feedback spring torque equals torque due to input current.
APPLICATION:

Typical apllications include high performance position and velocity control servoloops. Usually in electrohydraulics servosystems when hydraulic cylinders or hydromotors are used (primary flying commands of military airplanes, rockets and torpedos).
