Labeling machines are designed for application of roll-feed self adhesive labels for the products of different shapes and sizes. Lower conveyor carries bottles through the machine, and upper conveyor guides bottles during application of the labels. Speeds of both conveyors are synchronized by drive of the upper conveyor. Position of the upper conveyor can be adjusted according the height of the bottle. Irregular operation is prevented by safety stops defined by PLC which controls operation of the machine.

Linear conveyor brings the number of the bottles corresponding the number of the filling valves and counted by intake selection star to the filling station. Filling valves are adjusted to the filling product. After the proper volume dosing of the product, bottles are taken further to the capping machine. Irregular fillings are prevented automatically by following safety stops:
- Incomplete number of bottles in the filling station
- Incorrect positioning of the bottle
- Overcrowded outlet of the machine
Process is automatically restarted, after reestablishing regular situation.
Parts in contact with product are made of 1.4571 (AISI 316), and machine cover is made of 1.4301 (AISI 304). Operation of the machine is controlled by PLC, through hydraulic and pneumatic control system. Dosing stroke, dosing valves and rotary are controlled by hydraulic system. Product supply valve is controlled by pneumatic system.

Conveyor belt brings bottles to the indexing star which transports them from station to station. Control “object in star” checks if there is a bottle in the indexing star. Cap is released out of the cap shoe. Cap lever turns under the cap shoe, takes the cap and transports it under the screw head which places and screws the caps onto bottles.
Control checks if the cap is properly closed. If capping is performed incorrect bottles are rejected on the outlet of indexing star.
Correct closed bottles are transported further to the pack machine or to the labelling machine

Rotary capping machine ZBP is designed for capping bottles of different shapes. Coveyor belt brings bottles to the selection worm screw and inlet star is taking them to the capping head. Bottles supported by inlet star take cap from the cap shoe under cap distributer. Bottle with the cap is transfered underneeth the capping head which screws the cap with determined torque. Regular operation of the machine is obtained by PLC controller, with following safety controles:
- Position of the bottles on the entrance of the selecting worm screw.
- Existence of the cap in the cap path.
- Capping controll
If bottle is not capped, or if it is incorrectly capped it is rejected by pneumatic cylinder. Correctly capped bottles are taken out of the mahine by outlet star and outlet conveyo
